Aspendora Technologies, LLC (“Aspendora,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides managed IT services to businesses in the Houston, Texas area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.aspendora.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This policy covers our website only; the data we collect and process as part of providing IT services to our clients is governed by our Data Processing Agreement and the Master Services Agreement we sign with each client.
We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on the site, or information that is automatically logged by our hosting, security, and analytics tools.
When you fill out a form on this site (contact, discovery call, network assessment, newsletter signup, lead-magnet download, etc.), we collect the fields you provide. That typically includes: name, business email address, business phone number, company name, and any free-text message you write. None of our forms require sensitive personal data (no Social Security numbers, no payment information, no health data).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
When you provide your mobile phone number to Aspendora Technologies — through a form on this website, a signed service agreement, or a written or verbal request to a member of our team — we may send you text messages relating to your IT service. These include support ticket updates, scheduled maintenance and outage notices, appointment confirmations and reminders, and account or billing notices. Some of these messages are sent automatically by our systems; others are sent by a member of our team.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; most recipients receive between 1 and 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, and are excluded from every other category of information sharing described in this policy. Mobile numbers are disclosed only to the service providers that operate our messaging platforms on our behalf, listed above, and solely to deliver the messages described here.
When you first visit, a banner asks how you would like non-essential cookies handled. It offers Accept, Reject and Settings, and refusing takes exactly one click — the same as accepting.
Nothing non-essential loads until you choose. Until you press Accept, this site makes no request to Google, Microsoft, Meta, Calendly, Vimeo, YouTube or any other third party. That is not just a cookie setting — the tags themselves are held back, so no third party receives your IP address. If you press Reject, or simply ignore the banner, they stay held back.
The site itself sets no cookies. Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again; it never leaves your device. Our own Matomo analytics runs without cookies at all, and before you make a choice it records only anonymous page and click activity. Session recording and any matching of visits to an email address happen only if you accept.

We also serve our web fonts from our own server rather than from Google Fonts, so simply reading a page on this site does not disclose your IP address to Google.
Form submissions and contact records are retained in our CRM for as long as needed to maintain a relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are typically retained for 30 to 90 days. Analytics data is retained per the default settings of the analytics provider.

We are a Texas company and our website is hosted in the United States. The processors listed above are predominantly US-based, and information you send us — or that a third-party tag collects once you have accepted cookies — is processed in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States and would rather not have your information transferred there, decline the cookie banner and contact us by phone or post instead of using a form.
We use industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect information collected through the site, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), a static public website with no database or login to attack, single sign-on with multi-factor authentication for our content management system and administrative accounts, and regular security updates. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
The site is intended for business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page whenever we do.
